The young man is part of the Boys To The Bush program which focuses on surrounding vulnerable youth by positive influences.
Fully Promoted Bathurst is one of the local businesses to team up with the program and part owner Liz Luisi was more than happy to help.
"We've owned the business for four years and we are all about local and supporting youth," she said.
"We found out about the Boys To The Bush and what they do for vulnerable youth and we just wanted to be part of it."
Zandah is passionate about his artwork and came up with the idea of putting his own design onto a t-shirt.
Thanks to Fully Promoted and Bathurst Boys To The Bush manager Kurt Hancock this became a reality.
"These guys at Fully Promoted have been awesome, once we approached them they've been nothing but brilliant to us," Mr Hancock said.
"Obviously Zandah has seen the stages now, the designing of it from his idea all the way through to getting it on the t-shirt and you can tell he's taken real pride and ownership of that.
"He's got a pretty big smile on his face."
Mrs Luisi said it made her so happy to see the joy that something so simple for her business brought to Zandah.
As business owners her and her husband Stan feel it's important for them to give back to the community as much as possible.
Mrs Luisi said she finds the most vulnerable people were youtsh.
"It just gives them an insight to something they can do with their life and it just makes our hearts so full to see a kid who's got such a big smile on his face," she said.
As well as local businesses some local tradies have jumped on board to help out with the Boys To The Bush program, giving the young men a wider range of life experiences.
The local support goes a long way in helping the young men achieve some of their goals and create connections with good influences.
The program's motto is, "It is easier to build a strong boy than repair a broken man..." and it's with the help of the community that Boys To The Bush is able to do this.
"...what's unique is we link these boys in with positive people in the community," Mr Hancock said.
"Two of our participants now have got some ongoing casual work with some tradies, so they've come from the start of the year, to working, now to having their own apartments."
