A spokesperson for the Western NSW Local Health District said there were a total of 91 tests conducted at the Oberon clinic last Friday.
The clinic returned to the town just days after thousands of visitors descended on Oberon on the weekend of August 22-23 to catch a sight of the heavy snow that had fallen across the district.
The influx of visitors, and criticism that social distancing measures were not being observed, prompted concerns of a potential COVID-19 outbreak.
Meanwhile, health district authorities are investigating a reported new case of COVID-19 in the Parkes LGA.
"Further testing and investigation is under way to verify the diagnosis of COVID-19 and any possible source of the infection," a spokesperson said.
"While the case remains under investigation, the Public Health Unit has contacted all close contacts out of an abundance of caution."
All identified close contacts have been advised to be tested for COVID-19 and have been provided with all the relevant Public Health information; such as to remain in isolation for 14 days.
