Dementia Australia will present Healthy Brain Ageing, a free discussion that addresses dementia myths and provides information on normal ageing and memory loss. Learn five simple steps to maximise brain health and how to help reduce the risk of developing dementia. It will be held from 10.30am-12.30pm in the HACC Room at the Seymour Centre. Visiting practitioner, Simmone Cser, is holding pilates classes for women at the Central West Women’s Health Centre on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 5.30pm-6.30pm. Saturday, September 15
The Tarana Fight For Farmers fundraiser will be held from noon to midnight at the Tarana Hotel. It will feature a jumbo raffle, live auction, face-painting and live music, among other activities. All the money raised on the day will go to the Tarana Fight For Farmers not-for-profit charity to assist in financial aid, help with goods and services needed and ongoing support.
